Ja we all fuckup sometimes - years ago I forgot my oil drain plug on my 1150GS … only ever do it once as you do not want to see expensive full synth bleeding profusely from your scoots belly

The new selector shaft is a couple of mm longer than the original (not sure if this was an upgrade or mistake), so it's a bit of a mission to re-position the foot lever, as you have to make space by loosening the chain.

Surely they should've recalled all the models with that same bottom end?Anyways, the problem is fixed now.
