Fuel leaking from carburettor overflow

Boring topic but need suggestions please.2014 XR650L dripping fuel out of carb overflow pipe. Constant drip when bike standing. Stop cock on tank also got leak so can't stop it. Took carb to Honda hoping mechanic would have a quick squiz and they cleaned it so R500 later i got a lovely clean leaking carb. Put a new R300 float needle in today. Made fok all difference. Plastic float seems fine with no holes in it
