Hi guys,
I just bought a 1991 R100GS from a guy in JHB - he bought it from a deceased estate and doesn't know much about the bike. He told me the tank, seat and key were missing so he got a tank from Cytech (incorrect tank), put on a terrible seat, and had a key cut to match original ignition. The bike is absolutely mint and rides like a dream - motor is tight and sounds like it's just been rebuild, as well as the gearbox...I got a real winner
Does anyone know of someone that was building a R100GS in the JHB area that recently passed away? Am trying to find out who the owner was and if anyone knows what was done on the bike.
Tough choice now, but think MB1 will still be coming on the Great Gathering...
