This is the first of a series of videos that myself and team members are going to post as a prelude to this years Amageza to get everyone frothing to ride. Unlikely that anyone on this forum does not know about the Rally however those not familiar with the madness see more on the official website here https://www.amageza.com.
Our team of misfits under the name team 525 (named after our beloved steeds,bought borrowed and stolen) will sadly not be competing again this year for various personal reasons (mostly our wives and mistresses will leave us if we do) however we are heavily nostalgic, this can be put down to the fact that we actually survived this ridiculous event to tell the tale.
For me the race was a trial by fire, having purchased my first dirt bike a mere 8 months prior to the race I picked one of the toughest on our local soil, never one to shy away from competition I wanted to prove to my big brother (JustBendIt) that I had the mustard to compete. Stupid and naive is a very fitting description to my decision making process.
I could not have completed the race (yes I finished) had it not been for our awesome team mates and crew.
