Lady needs HELP - finding a scooter in Cape Town

A friend of a friend - a lady - needs help to find/have a look at a scooter (2nd hand), to make the trip a couple of times per week between Big Bay and Hout Bay Market, where she is an exhibitor (she HAS a car, but needs a scooter).

ideally with a small carrier rack on the rear...

I know a LITTLE about scooters, but NOT much!

Maybe a 2nd hand Japanese scooter would be a better bet (parts and reliability) than a Chinese, but this can be advised...

Unsure of size, I would recommend something with a BIT of grunt (South Easter + hills/mountains/freeways), but to be decided...

If anyone can help, I will pass on here contact details - very nice lady, newly relocated from Jozi, living in Big Bay, name is 'Mirnette' and needs some help on NOT buying the wrong thing!
