Do You know of An Industrial Tailor who Sews Riding Gear?

I have a Kilimanjaro jacket that has served me well, and yet still has some useful life remaining in it.  But some fabric on it have become brittle and simply tearing off, yet other parts are as good as news.  I am hoping to find a seasoned tailor who can fix it with some new fabric. 

I know someone is thinking: why not buy a new one.  Somethings have sentimental value is my response. :lol8:
