Nice low down grunt and some more HP and lighter - although there are some krauts that recon it adds nothing despite Tekmo having the dyno runs.

Do you notice a real diff or is it a more 'psychological' difference, like "It was expensive so it must be better" ?
I'll be first to admit that I've bought some of these things in the past, and will always tell others about it (like in 'Yes ama dick' lol).
And, is yours a SM or Enduro?

On the subject of footpegs I can also highly recommend Pivot Pegz - I have them on 4 bikes. Excellent practical farkle. I still do not know why no one in SA has grabbed an agency on this top rate Oz product, but one can order direct from them.

I would say a nice to have rather than a must have. I did not ride the bike extensively before fitting it and also fitted a LV Evo One pipe at the same time so difficult to make a big judgement call on it. Certainly the two together plus the Rade airbox made a noticeable difference (not just in sound  >:D). Unfortunately little access to dyno tuning here in the EC to have hard data.

I did try to visit them on my last trip to Oz, since they had an Australian postal code....and all...!
Turned out Pivot Pegs were int he middle of the flippin Tasman Sea, in Tasmania!
Suppose I could re-qrite to them, I do think someone else is bringing them in...

Fair enough.
Luckily I did things more step-by-step, and the very first few meters with the Stealth Exhaust on were an eye opener, won't forget it!
Then came Rade's airfilter ... and I though wow, where did that meek bike which I bought go to?
The differences are that big, peele!  :thumleft:

Ag demmit Chris, I already have larger pegs!

BuRP - I think I should have shares in Flying Brick by now with the money I have spent there  :lol8: ... and I do not even live close by enough to get to the sidecutters. Great products and service  :thumleft:

How much did it cost you to import that Vanasche case saver?
I see they're $99 but Im assuming you didn't buy it locally right?

Get that bashplate w@nted, you'll not regret it if you want some neat storage space.
The Oberon & Vanasche will now survive when there's a chain forkup, unlike the flimsy OEM stuff.
Also took all environmental rubbish off, 3 dongles make it 'proof' against future, and possibly very remote, ECU-protests or stall's. In addition I have a more effective radiator now as the large fat carbon canister is gone - and this thing blocks the airflow quite a bit.
Maybe not needed but silicon Samco coolant hoses are virtually indestructible, plus they sit with normal hoseclamps instead of the 'break-loose' OEM rubbish, so now I can take them off AND put them back on.
Am waiting for Rally Raid's response as they supplied me a too-soft rear spring, which will work in combination with an hydraulic preload adjuster - so I can ride solo or with luggage, with correct suspension settings for both.
Toys2Go rack & bars make for less damage when I will (got no illusions here lol) koop a plaas, plus my LED spots sit on the bars and my luggage on the rack.
The Clake Two requires tailormade lines and a hydraulic switch (to replace the mechanical switch on the Magura master), plus I'll relocate the rear brake switch now as it may be in the way of the Rade garage tank.
I'll post some pics when finished which is some time away still.
If you had a psychic midget who killed someone, you would have a small medium at large.

Buy local - I got one very similar to the Vanasche made by Rost through Flying Brick (I got silver but also available in black).

Bashplate - best imho is the AXP one from France, brilliant design, fits with two bolts and incorporates linkage protection. I am not a big fan of alu ones - noisy and tend to hang up more easily than poly ... that one is a bit too clunky for me.

Also just also fitted one of the AXP extreme enduro bashplates to my sons KTM 250 - they are works of art!

If you look at this photo you can see the alu billet case saver quite clearly - similar to the Vanasche.

Nice BiG DoM!

Tell me something, who is the local distributor for Tecmo products.
That titanium header pipe looks amazeballs, but Im guessing it costs a pretty penny!
