OK - that's a better angle. That key is a known Achiles heal  :o. I also have a spare carefully stashed away under my seat.

Good idea

But I thought the clutch slave was the Achilles heal

Two feet two Achiles  :imaposer:  In reality probably clutch slave and fuel pump (well the in tank filter that leads to fuel pump failure imo).

Made another bracket

Until I work out what to do with the cockpit area.

Next to find that power source behind the headlight.

The location actually works better than I expected

Remove the headlight. There's spare connectors already. Page something in the manual.

You got a clutch slave cylinder O-Ring?  ::)  Reports of even 2020's doing less than 100km with a failure.  :-\

Read about that but decided to leave it. On almost 1300km and no issues.

Can I get just the o-ring and from where or the whole replacement slave cylinder?

Do you think maybe they mix up the seals or fluid at the factory that causes the o-rings to fail?

No, it is just a bad decision in fitting that slave cylinder to that bike, i have read that it was designed fo mineral oil and the master for dot - heaven knows why they have not bothered to address the issue. I am sure they arrive pre assembled from the Magura factory, I have read that the KTM Brembo kit uses a round o-ring and that it may be a problem with the square edged Magura seal
