So I took a quick trip down to Hartenbos for the weekend. Never trust a weather app or is there one that actually works??? As I left Addo it was warmish and sunnyish...uitenhage was hot and then as I came onto the N2 the wind almost ripped my head off...filled up in jbay and the thought i would push on. With the wind getting worse and it getting colder decided to go inland and go via the langkloof. Got some rain on route but the wind was calmer...
Then not doing Montague Pass before, there it was. In the cold 9 degrees I had the entire pass to myself with only a few babboons jumping around and cheering as I zoomed pass. Incredibly beautiful road.
Now for tomorrow I need some advice to get back to Addo along as many dirt roads as possible come rain or shine??
