On any motorcycle forum, or in fact any forum, you will find many people sharing the same passion or hobby, just like here, but a lot of those folks have vastly different opinions, preferences, likes, dislikes etc., and sometimes these folks can become pretty vocal about their favorite brand of bike or tyre for example. Nothing wrong with that, it’s how the world works.

However for me, some of what goes on within a forum is in stark contrast to the reality of riding. When you meet people “out there” or just about anywhere when riding, I find 99% of people are just bikers, everyone is full of smiles, every one greets and you often find yourself chatting to someone about where you’ve been or where you’re going like an old friend, even if you just met, or don’t even know his name yet. It got me thinking about “us” as bikers.

So on our last two rides we decided to have a bit of fun. We gave quite a few of our friend’s one line to say on camera, but no one was told what the final outcome would be or what they were doing really. They of course tried to work it out in the pub later, but it was done over more than one ride so they could not.

There is a saying that goes along the lines of “It doesn’t really matter what you ride, only that you ride”. We truly believe that and so we put together this little fun video which we hope will explain “all of us” to some extent.
