My buddy is having endless shit with his 2014 800XC. 35000km in and he's had three warranty claims already for various leaking gaskets and the TPS.
Now one of his fork seals popped and he had to cough up R2500 at Fourways Motorcycles to sort them out. That seems excessive to me...or am I wrong?
He's done about 100km of gravel and the rest is 90% highway. 35000km seems a bit stingy for a set of seals.
On top of that, the bike has used ~800ml of oil in 4000km and Fourways Motorcycles just says "Nah, some bike just use oil. It's fine". I've advised him to go to Triumph directly to get it sorted under the warranty. Any advice on this?
