Washable air filter:
Bought my m/cycle Feb this year and it needs a service again - I believe a washable filter does not work on the 990S but apparently it is doable on is do-able on the 990.
Something about not sealing well when riding on dusty roads and danger of sand/particles entering the engine then possible. You guys familiar with this problem? If not true, what filter do you recommend I install?
I do a fair amount of dirt riding - approx. 60% tar and rest dirt.
Power socket on the dash:
My GPS -fairy old but not as old as I am - does not fit the power socket. It has a normal usb like in memory stick fitting. Last week on my way to a client battery went falt on me rendering my careful planning of the days meetings all useless....
Any suggestion on what adapter I can get. Trax dealers referred me to the very very expensive GPS shop in Centurion but not eager to support yet.
