I have done the google thing, and there is not much on the interweb about adjusting the AT suspension. However the general consensus is that rider sag need to be 33% (1/3) of the total travel. This apparently makes a huge difference in the handling, which is already good...
Rear travel = 220mm i.e rider sag to be +-74mm;
Front travel = 230mm i.e rider sag to be +-77mm;

I am 80kg without any add-ons.
checking my rider sag on the factory settings I got +-86mm front and back (39%). I have now turned up the preload to 15 turns front (std 5) and 25 clicks rear (std 7). Now my rider sag is 80mm front and 77mm rear, which is 35% vs the ideal 33% of total travel. Will be testing it this weekend at Cederberg and see how it goes.
