"Biker" walking helmet in hand

This afternoon I was walking with my helmet in hand after I took my bike to the stealership to replace the front fork seals..  Now this was just off Zambezi road no other real shops..

A number of bikes came roaring past (not that I was looking for a lift) and then a guy with a scooter stopped next to me insisting that he will take me home, and that I should phone da wife and say she shouldn't bother..

Question: What do you think when you see another biker walking along the road helmet in hand, will you stop or just continue (maybe I should have made this a poll..)
