Went for a little solo Breedtsnek mission yesterday.  I had never done the far side before so did that too...Wow it's a lot rougher than the hekpoort side!!!  But I didn't drop it.

So anyway, coming back up the far side I was taking it pretty slow.  Got to the top and the oil temp was on 112deg, coolant temp was on 6 bars, 2 higher than the usual 4 it sits at.  It was pretty hot, 34/35deg  and I was going very slowly.
Normal?

I seem to need to lube the shit out of the chain just about every tank of fuel or else it starts chirping at me.  Bike's only got about 4000kms on it, but I remember my old ADV settling down much sooner and only needing lube every 3 or 4 tanks.  I guess I do ride more dirt with this one so maybe thats causing it?
