A lot of moola for a Pee Wee  ::)

Most riders should still be on PeeWee's. But they get told by the "ready-to-race" crowd that only 100Hp is good enough for dirt.

Ek stem saam.
As jy n 790R wil he en hom geniet, kry vir jou een. My 650 XChallenge tick al die boksies vir my bv, so ek voel n veer dat daar 50 ander adventure of DS bikes is wat vinniger, sterker, mooier is

Maar ek hou nogal van daai T7  :thumleft:

Braggart!  Few people could ride a 100hp machine flat-out in the dirt. It is a tremendous amount of power.

kyk nou net

Joke sommer. Ek het meer as 'n jaar laas bike gery en my stukkende lyf (en brein) sal my nie meer toe laat om te jaag nie

Who tours the country flat out...  ::)
And once we start talking dualsport/adventure riding, then all bikes are a compromise.
Now add factors such as only owning one bike for every job, taking luggage, taking a pillion, then more power is always better.

You can always tap off and use less power, you can never add more power if you start with too little...

70HP, proven motor and no electronics is exactly why I would buy a T7. Even my 660Z can do 160km/h down a dirt road, no need or desire to ever do any more. Maybe if you pillion or ride tar a lot you would need more but even then it would be above the speed limit and be breaking the law  :deal:

Sorry guys

I am an amateur, I need power to get my rear out on a nice fastish clean corner.

Jy jok vir jouself as jy dink jou 50hp is net soveel pret soos 150hp op n normale grondpad.

n 450 enduro bike maak 50 perde. Vet pret.

The fans must be busy collecting the 20k deposit to secure the "Monster"...  :patch:

In Yamaha's defense - with the current pricing on the 690/701 "scramblers" - they're not the only "gamblers"  :eek7:

Must be huge queues outside all the Yamahas dealers now.
While there is nothing happening by BMW and Honda.
Lets see how the "but its a Toyota" argument makes it sell at 200k.
