Had my T7 for 2 weeks now and so far so good, but only done 300kms. Back brakes are an issue, and the clutch lever sucks. Front brake lever is fine, just the clutch lever sucks.
If the tyres leave the surface its not great, so any jumps are not brill, but I never bought it for enduro riding anyway. After 300km I am not really able to comment fairly, and next week have a proper ride planned, after the 1k service on Tuesday.
Am 1,83M 90kg and the standard seat height is not optimum for me as my legs feel a little bent when seated. Previous bikes are 690, Africa Twin, then T7. So far the T7 feels like a better made AT. If there was an 890 and good dealer in CPT near me I may have gone that route so am really not biased at all, just not that experienced. My do all for one bike is still the 690, but have a 250FX and 250X for enduro. It may sound like I am Yamaha biased with my enduro bikes, but thats really just dealer service that dictates that here in CPT. I would love a Yammie 2 smoke that I dont have to premix and stress with jetting. One day maybe....
