No More Videos while racing
« on: November 28, 2016, 12:34:05 pm »
Saw this today.

Obviously in the interests of safety, but some awesome footage that was previously taken will no longer be available.
How can I be lost if I've got nowhere to go?

Yeah, that was enforced at Amageza.
However, it doesn't say No more videos, just that the camera may not be attached to the helmet or the body. nothing to stop you sticking the camera on the bike, as some riders did at Amageza.

Speaking of which, where are those videos?

Great idea!  I know that a Gopro camera almost went through n[]va's helmet in the 2013 Amageza.

Other than the obvious safety issues.....I wonder what prompted this?

Someone should show the MSA our own Joey Evans riding with a Gopro on the Dakar in January. :deal:

Why do committees and organisations have to make everything that is normally fun such a PITA?
