When there are better ways to get a workout
Not a ride report because I neglected to take pictures but this time Slick and I rode from Marula Sun
Bliksim - you hardly get warmed up and you are into the rocks
The hill at morula is a real workout. Then we ended up at coconuts and then three of the technical rivers
and then around the bottom of long rocks
Do this once a week and Virgin Active can stick their membership :biggrin:
