Asshole Bikers in traffic
« on: January 27, 2017, 09:11:07 am »
Driving around Gauteng  traffic in the cage and watch   arrogance of some bikers in the traffic is alarming.
The cars  don't have to move over for you and when you stop and rev your bike and show fingers at the cars in the traffic you are a twatwaffle
Sometimes you don't even see the bikes because of the speed that some guys are doing trough the traffic is alarming.
Everybody always attacks the taxi's for there driving habits ,I think some bikers are worse !!!
there are always the small bunch that give the rest of us a bad name

If you are a twasshole you stay a twasshole regardless of the mode of transport you use.

But it seems to have worsen the last 5 months or so, maybe (hopefully) it is only a seasonal thing.

I travel 80km every day and 80% of that is on the Ben Schoeman. Jeez the guys are getting seriously agro on their boneys. Chill peoples - put safety first for yourself, fellow bikers and fellow cagers.

People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day. And doing nothing often leads to the very best kind of something.

Exactly!! Going and buying a GS1200 is not going to make you a better person.

On Fridays you see more okes that are not completely comfortable on their bikes on the N1. I think they ride to work once a week.

I commute 104km a day and about 50% on N1 - I agree with you  :thumleft:

There is a couple that regularly commutes on the N1 on a 1150 or 1200. You should see the way this woman goes on on the back of this bike. Rather amuzing, but utterly stoopid.

Poffie, I can say the same for the taxi I encounter on Hospital bend to and from work, as soon as they see my lights they move and give me a gap.

The only issue I see here is he went 20km/h over the speed limit, which is wrong but man...i've better start to check my riding again....
Ive also  got knobbly tires, filled up at a petrol station before and i've even ridden in the rain a few times. Hell...i've even overtaken a few other bikes in my time.
