This morning it finally happened to me
The dreaded vibration and knocking sound started, made it to the gym thinking that maybe I am just being paranoid
When I left I realised it wasn't in my head, its proper busted, the knocking got worse, so bad that I thought the shaft was going to smash through the casing, I managed to limp home arriving with a smoking shaft,
Now to get a quote from BMW for a new one or possibly try and source a good second hand one.
