So....you enjoy pushing the envelope a little? Well, here's something different. We have just added this new pass to our website and can announce that it comes in as the second steepest pass nationally with an average gradient of just under 1:7. It's a short pass at 1,4 km but it has to be ridden up and back down again, making it 2,8 km in total. You will enjoy the most amazing views over the Sterkfontein Dam, as the pass is close to the Free State/ KZN border.
Most of it is concrete or concrete stripped, so traction is not an issue (unless it's raining hard or snowing). Add this one to your list. It's something different.
