Dogs, some expert advise needed please. Wanting to sell a bike privately, and potential buyers visit and view the bike, and perhaps want to take the bike for a test ride. How to do this without knowing the bike is not going to be stolen/ridden into the sunset, and the car that the buyer arrived with is a stolen car in the first place? Or something in that line.
Keep in mind the bike is in mint condition, starts first time, every time, full service history, low mileage, etc. Or is it in order if the bike idles fine, revs fine in the garage, but no test rides allowed?
How do I approach this, I read too many stories of things like these going wrong...
