clean up & quick blow over with satin black - good as new.
Pressure came with having to finish the contents of the box before I used it as a spray surface, in case I got any spary paint on the refreshments ....  :3some:

Hey Mark, its quite daunting to post anything of this nature on the forum in comparison with what you are doing on that HP of yours.  :peepwall:   :thumleft:

Not at all Flex ... yours is looking great.

Right - a quick 20mins for some pics, between things.....
One thing about IanB - is never let him out of your sights.
Come over with your frame he says, lets have a look at it and next thing....

I come back ointo the garage with a cup of tea and ..... look what he's doing ::)

Plates cut for an "HPN" type frame upgrade and strengthening.  :thumleft:
Yours truley also doing a spot of grinding on the side - albeit just a piece of scrap metal ...  :imaposer:

The, Alex the master welder. Always good to get somebody that really knows his stuff - boy I would give the memory of my fox terrier for a nice small TIG welder. My Arc welding just leaves a lot to be desired!
So, first spot the plates into place then weld section by section, allowing to cool properly. No good overheating and causing any warping on the frame  :3some:

Honestly, I trun my back and Ian's got hold of my sub frame ........
He tells me he's just "slightly adjusting" the down pipe that goes onto the subframe for additiional support .....
I just don't know    :dontknow:

Lex, I won't mind if Ian want to work on my bike. At least then you don't have to do it. Except maybe carrying the beers  :)

Biuts n peices back from PAZ - spraypainting.  :thumleft:
So after I get everything vbackl from spraypainting I realise I forgot to take out the header bearing shells in the frame ..... :o
What a clot !!! :-\
So a bit of welding, hammering & they are out - with a bit of paint damage.
I mention it to Mike (PAZ) and, you have to bring it back & they now respraying.
Yo, hows that for service..... no charge!
