Hi Wilddogs!
So, my Alp has been stuck in the garden shed for almost three years
Life intervened
Pulled it out recently, spent alot of money getting it sorted (everything flushed and cleaned, carb rebuilt, etc etc)...
Runs well again now but have noticed that the rear shock bottoms out over small bumps. Checked and noticed alot of oil on the rear shock so presumably it is vrot. Going to need a rebuild I suspect so might as well upgrade to progressive springs front and rear while I am spending the money. Can anybody recommend a place in Cape Town that can give me a quote on work like this?
Also, browsing the www I see Hyperpro sells a front and rear set of progressive springs. What would be the import duty on something like this if I buy online and have it installed here?
