Hi everyone
So I replaced the float on my carb ('82 R45), just the one, as that carb kept overflowing and after testing the buoyancy found it'stoo buoyant under-buoyant. I only replaced the one (I do intend replacing the other) but when I took it out afterwards it was completely down on power. I swapped the original float back in but the condition has persisted.
After reading up on Snowbum's website I see it says not to raise the float past parallel but doesn't say why. Does anyone know whether this may be the source of my problems ot have any other advice on the issue?
Cheers
