Pete, keep it simple. You now have a good, usefull product for which there is a market. Add custom variations as you've done and it will sell. There are other guys who make saddlebags, like the Giant Loop type. Leave them to it.

The problem with owning a Syncro is that, when you get to a place where you get stuck, no-one else can get there to pull you out.

Thanks Gerrard.
That is pretty much my plan but don`t exclude advancing to other designs. The trick is to get one thing right at a time and then advance to the next and perfect that otherwise you spread yourself too thin and stuff things up.

Only negative comment has been reservations about the price and that because they are so cheap they must be of inferior quality....but comments on this forum are showing otherwise and we are gaining momentum.

Yip we are a strange species... we quick to bitch if something is expensive, but get suspicious if its not expensive enough :lol8:

Damn these look good. Do you have one large enough to fit: Tent; sleeping bag; air mattress? If you do let me know please.

Hi Jeff
Length, breadth, width(or diameter) required.
Also remember that a tent almost never fits back in the original bag, so allow a bit to cater for that.
If the bag is marginally too big it`s no big problem as the straps will compress it anyway ...or I could add compression straps.

thanks  I will do measurements . I would also like a bag made that I can fit one of those square addis water bottles in , and then I want to be able to strap it either on the front crash bars or on the inside of my pannier brackets . I would like to be able to wet it so that I can have cold water . Do you think that this would be possible.

No problem...just need the dimensions.
Might be an idea to make the bag marginally bigger so you can wrap the bottle in wet material for evaporative cooling.

WE WILL GET THERE...ONE PROJECT AT A TIME...any more than that in a small operation like our`s and you start diluting the quality, and we are not prepared to do that.

I would say we will start on them in the next 3 weeks.
