I've been trolling the XR/XL subsection for quite some time but never made any contributions or asked to many questions.
Last year October I traded my KTM1190 for an 2012 XR650L and it is an awesome bike! :ricky: I love the ground clearance and the good old single cylinder music. The bike I bought has about 27k on it and has been to Cairo. I bought it with two small welding failures on the right hand side of subframe where pillion footpegs attach.
This gave me the perfect opportunity to take the whole bike apart and start cleaning; fixing and to learn the bike better.
This thread will be updated as I go along so please give me your knowledgeable input. :thumleft:
