Made myself a set....Some characteristics I felt that was needed:
Roll top sealed - Different load size for the one that wants to take a lot of stuff...20x39x44 average 34liter
Tripple layerd protected 400DCordura, 450micronPVC, 300 Ripstop in lowered 30litre compartment
Double layerd on top roll part
Heat protection against exhaust heat
Closed foam rubber pad to prevent shaving of material on bike frame
Polyethelene inner board insert to keep a flat shape when mounted on luggage racks
Reflective strips rear and side for propper night visibility.
Removable inner bag set made from ripstop&cordura with zipped top and carry handle with rubberpads on bottom
Custom star sign badge affixed
Inner waterproof document pouch.
Only drawback - Webbing and plastic male/female buckles to attach to frame....this bothers me a bit as I could not get the aluminum cam buckle .
How much would such a set cost??
