Nice one  :thumleft:

Those starts and the first km or two are always hectic - just riding blind, praying you're not the one who's gonna get the lurker  :o :o :o

Can't wait for the next one

Thanks Guys!

It was a lot of fun!  I managed to do 2 laps, about 100km in distance. Finished 14th out of 22 girls.  I've never been so full of mud  :ricky:

Stripped the bike and washed all the grass and mud out

Ja, that mud was sticky - took a long while to clean the bike.

But the race itself was great -  fast and furious. Sometimes I like the tech but on days like Saturday, it's nice to have long stretches thrown in. And no lurkers is a BIG bonus.

I buggered up a bit in that I didn't take enough fuel. I came in from my third lap and the chequered flag wasn't out so coulda done another lap. But I was so buggered by then I reckon another one wouldn't have been fun anyway.

So!! Who entered on the Rallye bike?? One of us?? I also saw a few SEs hanging around - maybe gonna enter the next one?? It was a perfect race for those bikes.

Birch would have cleaned up  ::) ::) :imaposer: :imaposer:
