Hi all, been a very long time since I posted.

Wasn't sure where to put this post. As you all know we lost Grolls recently and many of us are still having a hard time coming to terms with it.

So I wanted to know if the pack would be interested in getting together to learn how to deal w bike accident/riding medical emergencies while one waits for the medics to get to you?

I for one didn't really know what heat exhaustion was, and I still don't really know how to realise before it's too late, to identify it-for example.

A friend of mine is a paramedic and he has said he would be happy to come and chat with a group of riders to deal with these sorts of scenarios until help comes. Or what to do if you don't have help on the way.

Comments? suggestions?

(Apologies - once I had posted I saw the First Aid and ICE threads)
