Garmin Zumo 350 advice

Hi.  Recently purchased a 2nd hand Garmin Zumo 350.  When importing my collection or tracks from basecamp to the memory card, the tracks does not appear in my tracks on the GPS.  When importing to the internal memory, the tracks appear.  Any settings that I need to change to read the tracks from the memory card?

In addition, where on the GPS can I find the imported waypoints?
