Not sure if this has been posted before....but Im going to try it...I nearly broke my fingers putting a D606 on the front of my KLR :lol8:

Basically just put 8 zip ties around the tyre holding the bead together with the valve just sticking out and then with lots of lube and baby powder push the tyre and tube onto the rim then move the tyre on the rim until the valve lines up and away you go :thumleft: no leavers or pinched tubes or scratched rims involved :lol8:

P.S. they guy did say using very wide zip ties creates a problem...
