M+F, with whom I have my entire farm insurance and all vehicles placed for many years already, wanted to charge me around R1040 pm to insure the 660Z.  One call to Operator and he had a quote of around R360pm within a few days.  And that with only the bike insured through him as Santam broker.

FYI
I just acquired a new Rallye and have to insure it so got the BMW guys to quote and surprisingly very competitive but with a catch. BMW do not insure wheels, tyres and suspension if damaged on an uneven road surface ie. Off-road so be aware.
BMW 1150 Adventure (gone)
BMW HP 2 (gone)
