cost not issue: best workshop to service bike, must be TRUSTWORTHY, meticulous

My recommendation would be Dux in Brackenfell, he's been looking after my XR650L from 2012 and it's still in tip-top condition as well as being the bike it should be without all the asthmatic power sapping contraptions that foreign legislation foisted on them. Judging by the number of XR's that get taken to Dux, I'm not the only one that feels he's the man.
