Cape Town to Lake Malawi and back

Hi Wilddogs,

In less than two weeks I am headed out for my longest trip yet. Ive about 40 days and my tentative plan is to ride from Cape Town to Lake Malawi (Monkey Bay) and back. I have a solid GPS route planned out, but I have a lot of holes on where Ill be staying at night (as noted by a ?). Id appreciate any input on what towns to overnight in, places to have a rest day, or any lekker places Im missing along the way. Once I get back into SA, I pretty much have no big plans besides a route that takes me through the cities I noted, so I especially need some tips there.

2 - Pick up bike in Cape Town and ride north. I have 2 nights to get to Namibia (camp reservation), not sure where to stop?
