I fail to understand why suppliers, who supposedly wants us to buy from them, have a "contact us by filling in this form" on their website. And you then do it, asks them questions about the product because you want to BUY it.
And that is where it ends. No response. No feedback. Nothing.
So maybe they don't need the sales.
Example1 ; Bourbon Eyewear - they were at the Kyalami Bike Expo. Sent them 2 forms - NOTHING, 2 weeks later....
Example2 : Spirit Helmets. No response since Monday.
