Want to keep some basic tools / first aid stuff on the bike. Paniers comes on and off so figured go for one of those tool tube things I saw online.
Figured ask some advice/thoughts since never used it
* Can it be fitted in a way it does not matter if I put on the panniers?
* Won't bother the wheel if you offroad?
Any preferred brand?
