For some reason, I have always been drawn to Canada.

If THROTTLE wasn't such a 'summer' person, I think we would have done the 'Groot Trek' already.

It's that time of the year again.....

https://www.aol.com/article/weather/2017/07/18/canada-musters-military-to-fight-wildfires-39-000-evacuated/23036277/

And only a few hundred km away, my friends house, vehicles and canola crop got destroyed by hail yesterday

His crop was not insured. For the rest the insurance co. says he was "under insured" so they offered him 50% of the value because technically he was only paying "half the premiums". The guy is still in shock.
And I dodged a bullet. I was 40km away with my camper and boat at the lake. There would have been nothing left of them if that hail got hold of it.

I love that maple leaf flag!  :love7:

Grossly fascinated with the country... perhaps cos I was escorted out of it by a Mountie and never got the chance to experience it

I remember a pontoon boat of similar size.

Hell thats cool.  I lately am having dreams of a motorhome and retirement...  Here a small basic modern unit will be around R1bar.  Very nice..
