It does look like a 5 year old wrote that. It is a sad state of affairs. I have received 8 excellent resumes from some of the WD members. They would make the company millions with their experience and knowledge. I have taken those resumes up and down the corporate ladder countless times. But for some reason they (the Canadians) are weary to take it further. I suspect they are concerned by our remote locations (and cold weather). We have spent some money on a few immigrants, only for them to stay a few months and then leave for the big cities. They may think they are being "used" as a stepping stone till the employee finds greener pastures. it is really tough to convince them otherwise.
In the mean time we have to deal with the above applicants.  :-\

Easter egg hunt in -15C.  I'm not that desperate for chocolate! Apparently the  easter bunny had a real tough time last night to conceal her footprints in the snow  :imaposer:

HAHAHA!

Our easter bunny managed to get in past the cat and into the basement to hide all the eggs... Useless cat!

Looks like the kids are having fun.  If they can fit in surely adults should be OK?

Both my kids were born here. So they are "true" Canadians. This is home for them.
TheAnt may give you a more informed opinion on how kids settle in. The saffers in my town tell me their kids are initially a little put out ( i think because of the stress of the parents) but then they fit in quite well. They say you should get them playing sports as quick as you can. That really helps to make friends.
As for the adults, it takes a while to "fit in". But after a while it feels like you have lived here your whole life

Isn't Sasketoon where most of the populace lives in that Province?  Is that where you have to go if you can't find something you need locally?
