I was looking for a solution to carry some extra fuel, auxiliary tanks for the 990 from Omega are R20 000 ---- not in my budget. Desert Fox bag are OK'ish but a pain to secure to the bike and should you fall I am sure they will not take the hit.
So having bought a set of Rocksfox racks from Oom ChrisL, always a pleasure doing business with and his wife, I looked at one of the 5L fuel tanks from Chris at Flyingbrick, but how to secure it. I had a chat with Chris and he said it would be a nice project, so left the racks with Chris and went off the UK on holiday.
What a great job, Chris sorted it out and got welde and powder coated, looks stunning and at a fraction of the price of Omega tanks, great job and great service from Chris at Flyingbrick, thanx bud  :thumleft: :thumleft:
