Hi all
I'm the proud new owner of a 2008 KLR. My 1st bike! :biggrin:
I bought the bike with about 26000km and a couple of nice extras.
I don't think the doohickey has been done as the previous owner didn't know what I was talking about and said he didn't think that the previous previous owner ever opened up the engine.
So that is one of my priorities at the moment.
I'm currently in Pretoria and also spend some time in Bloem now and then.
I'm looking to some fun adventure trips in the near future, especially keen on Lesotho and Sani Pass. Also keen to hit some of the local trails if I can find out where they are.
Just found out about this awesome forum and am looking forward to soaking up the knowledge and expertise on offer as well as connecting for some rides.
