Valve seat separated from cylinder head.

Hi guys, riding back from work this afternoon my 2009 Adv started  making a noise from the right cylinder. I removed the tappet cover and found the bottom exhaust valve stuck open but not seized. I carried on stripping the headers off to have a better look and found what looks to be the valve seat separated from the head. My bike has done 160000km, has anyone else seen this happen and can it be repaired or is it going to mean a new head?

Any advise would be appreciated.
