Two Up Camping

So the missus is keen on doing a Europe Tour and camping to really enjoy the scenery especially in Switzerland so i thought we had better have a test run or 2 in SA first, please can some of you share pics of your loaded bike and what you've packed, i'm still trying to decide on the air mattress or those self inflating mattress.
It will be cold so obviously will need the warmer winter sleeping bags, tools, clothing, pot set etc.
