www.tacqm.co.za in conjunction with a Crew from Sports adventure shooting will again be supporting the Ellisras Fire Arms Festival.
The organiser, Doc Willie started the EFF many years ago to celebrate & promote the safe use of firearms.
Sports adventure shooting has also been supporting the EFF since 2011, by running a handgun stage for those who want to shoot a handgun and race against the clock. This has proven to be very popular with attendees and we have made some great friends over the years.
Highlights of the Ellisras Firearms Festival is the Pro-Am grouping competition, Big Bore shooting on a dynamic range as well as .22lr for the kids.
A real crowd pleaser is the Boer-Brit shoot at the end of the day. This involves 2 teams of 4 (iirc) engaging falling plates (about 300x300mm) at a distance of 100m.
Once again the “Bullers Barstid’s” will be travelling up to say hello to the beau of the Bushveldt, the beautiful Salome, and if the shooting gods favour them, to try redeem some of their honour. Last year the Big Bore Team gave them a “snot klap” and they are still smarting.

This is a great event for all who love and use firearms responsibly, and is most definitely a family friendly event. The braai and potjie kos that follows the prize giving is a great occasion to renew and deepen friendships.
