Home for the evening
Everyone has been given a topic of interest to present that has something to do with adventuring in Africa. Charl started and went big. He's got the rest of us worried!
His topic was the Sahara
He even bought a turban!

Glen gave his on the Fish River Canyon.

I wonder how G's speech went. Shame, not much of a public speaker or rather a nervous public speaker, he was worried about this the most.

The boys and girl seem to be sleeping in... no movement yet from Spitzkoppe.

No daily YouTube video or paired partners list yet up on the site, so I will patiently wait.

I must just add how incredibly proud I am of not just THROTTLE, but of each and everyone that has made it this far. Just being selected is a privilege in itself. Winning the bike and whatever comes with that is a massive bonus, but even if nothing is won, hopefully a mountain of memories has been gained. GO TEAM HONDA QUEST!!!!

Can't view photos Craig, something about permissions unless the problem is at my end.

Then again I am at work and supposed to work as opposed to following this. Also don't see anything on Quest website re teams, not that it really matters much, just out of interest.

Guess I'll have to catch up at home tonight.

Reluctantly nope. I tried to "quote" your original post and select the {img} URL. It gives me a permissions error presumably why it won't show on the forum.
I'm also battling to share Google pictures/photo album whatever it is called as photobucket is useless nowadays.

No sweating it I'm sure we're in for a lot more.

Right, this is how I have the teams (or rather how I heard it)

Johannes Haasbroek -- Gerrit Visser

Cornelis Nelson (NISMARK) -- Angus Welch

Clinton Pienaar -- Andries Haasbroek

Charl du Plessis (KarooKid) -- Barbara Muszynski (Minxy)

Grant Pentelow (McSack) -- Glenn Koch (THROTTLE JOCKEY)

Phillip Groenewald -- Andrew Johnstone (Kamanya)

Marcel Vladar -- Frederik Dreyer (I think this person was replaced by the reserve SP... anyone know his full name?)

Christiaan Potgieter -- Johannes van Heerden

Francois Ebersohn -- Pieter Lourens

Gerrit du Toit (Scrat) -- Kobus Myburgh (ktmkobus)

Feel free to let me know who is a WD and I will update the list.

Thanks, I'll check on my home PC, suspect something with the corporate world restricting everything.

And thanks for the team split Firecoast.

Photos are perfect now thanks. Curious... How is Andrew able to post the pics within a no reception area?

Ok , so what I did was to redo the images in the original post - can you see those now perhaps? That won't change the images in the quoted post though....
(apologies for the to and for but keen to get this right!)

Ja I know THROTTLE and some others bought Namibian SIM cards. So maybe there's towers close by.
