This was not a race like the regular Amageza events. Alexander invited some mostly experienced riders to participate in a navigation exercise with a view to improving skills as well as giving some practice to the Dakar competitors. Consequently not such a fuss was made over rules, times and finishing orders.  Alexander himself rode the course and showed some credibility as a rallye rider.

All but 2 riders finished enough of the course to get their medals. We have their GPS logs but I don't think there's too much interest in working out the final finishing order.
The ne'er-do-wells seem to be doing quite well for a change.
