Clutch lever very very hard to pull but clutch still works any ideas?

I'm having a problem with my Clutch.... it's got very very stiff and extremely hard to pull, but the clutch is working but only if you pull like a maniac.. I have checked the slave unit, bled the line, and checked the Clutch and all is fine .. any ideas?

My hand is killing me trying to pull the clutch lever commuting...
