KTM 1190 Adv R Running on 1 cylinder

Hello all.

I've recently replaced the spark plugs on my bike due to it running only on 1 cylinder. When I removed the " old " plugs the front plugs were burnt black. The valves was done 9000km's ago. And I'm running 95 petrol. After the change-out it is still running on one cylinder. The guys at KTM says it can't be the coils. What can it be?
