Helmets

Now I know the "10 Dollar head for a 10 Dollar helmet" will be raised at some point, but have you seen the prices of Arai Helmets lately? I just cannot believe that it's okay to pay that sort of price for a helmet anymore, and I'm thinking they are pricing themselves out the market. Now I need to say at this point that I own 3 Arai's, but the TourX is now 11 years old and has been refurbished once, so has about reached the end of it's lifespan. At this stage it doesn't look like I'll be buying an Arai again - note, a Shoei doesn't fit my head, it's round where Shoei's are more suited to longer more oblong heads. Not that Shoei is too far behind Arai when it comes to price. Maybe I should look at a Bell Moto3 and wear goggles over my glasses? Pity HJC doesn't make an adventure helmet.
